Your session time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of your arrival. Please be mindful that even if the session starts late due to your arrival, it will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure we stay on track for subsequent bookings.

We shoot in light rain! A little drizzle can add a beautiful, cinematic mood to your photos. We’ll keep shooting as long as it’s safe for the equipment and comfortable for you. If severe weather is anticipated, SHOOT NOW! may cancel the session at its sole discretion and issue a full refund.

You will receive all the photos from your session in JPEG format. We believe every moment is special, so we provide the full gallery for you to download and cherish.

Absolutely! We offer professional photo retouching for those who want that extra sparkle. You can add this option for ¥9,800 per 10 photos. Our editors will enhance the lighting, color, and skin textures to ensure your best shots look absolutely stunning.

Usually, yes, but sometimes photographers have booked the rest of their day around the location you've already chosen so it may not be possible. This is especially true for last-minute changes. We will always try our best to accommodate you, but please note that due to other circumstances, once a route is chosen, we may not be able to change it.
